Entry-Level Set Up Tech and Parts Associate

Fraser Advanced Information Systems entry level Set Up Techs and Parts Associates are an integral part in the smooth delivery of new equipment for customers.  This is an outstanding opportunity for recent technical school or vo-tech graduates!


  • Receive straight orders
  • Remove all packing material from equipment, install various options and add toner and developer
  • Conduct testing and adjustments to obtain best quality copies
  • Troubleshoot and correct problems when necessary
  • Complete required paperwork and prepare equipment for delivery to customers
  • Rebuild used multifunction equipment to manufacturer's specs and Fraser Guidelines
  • Check and clear each component and replace any worn parts
  • Assist and manage parts inventory, restock report and reorders for service technicians
  • Ship and receive parts from vendors and manufacturers
  • Courier parts to other branches when necessary
  • Responsible for warranty claims - core returns and tracking warranty claims
  • Assist with backorders


  • Ability to lift/push/pull 50 pounds frequently
  • Ability and desire to work on and repair electrical equipment
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to deal with customers and service team and their demands
  • Graduation from a vocational school in electronics, automotive technology or small engine technology a plus
